About Our Building

The Parker Deauville is located at 522 Shore Road (between Franklin and Neptune Boulevards) in Long Beach, NY - right on the famous Long Beach boardwalk! It's a Co-operative building constructed in 1965/1966, and has 246 apartments.

Building amenities include: Security key fob system, outdoor Olympic-sized swimming pool, washers and dryers on each floor, private storage, bicycle rooms, beach chair and surf/boogie board rooms, party/social room, library, package room, state of the art gym, and direct access to boardwalk and beach.
